As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you will help manage receiving, inventory, fulfillment, shipping, and facility support activities. The work requires accuracy, collaboration, and continuous improvement. You will support medical devices, spare parts, accessories, and finished goods throughout Baxter’s distribution network.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate inbound shipment receiving, inspection, reconciliation, and processing
- Manage picking, packing, staging, and shipping activities
- Maintain inventory records through transactions and cycle counts




- Prepare shipment documentation and track deliveries
- Support returns, waste handling, and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds routinely
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook working knowledge
- Ability to operate forklifts; training provided if needed
