The Senior Field Supervision Manager provides Tier 1 daily supervision for advisors registered with CIRO at Manulife Wealth Inc. This senior role supports high-value and high-risk offices through onsite visits, training, escalations, and compliance guidance. You will partner with Regional Field Supervision and Line 2 Compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Approve daily, monthly, and quarterly trade reports
- Review new accounts, KYC updates, suitability, and exceptions
- Handle complex supervisory items and escalate non-compliance
- Conduct annual branch and onsite reviews




- Coach advisors and Field Supervision Associates

Requirements:

- Three to five years of CIRO supervision or compliance experience
- CIRO Supervisor and Registered Representative registration
- CSC, CPH, and Investment Dealer Supervisors Courses completed
- Solid regulatory knowledge and analytical judgment
- Mandarin proficiency and regular regional travel availability
