Reporting to the Foreman, this Rubber Tire Loader Operator supports secure, efficient production across heavy civil construction projects. You will unload and organize pipe material, transport aggregate, and move construction materials using front mounted buckets, aggregate spoons, or forks. The work also includes other heavy equipment and construction related duties as needed. Understanding ground disturbance issues, construction materials, processes, and industry requirements is essential. Daily maintenance, safety checks, routine cleaning, and servicing help ensure smooth equipment operation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate loaders with forks and other attachments

- Follow supervisor directions for changing work area requirements

Requirements:

- One or more years operating loaders in heavy civil construction
- Knowledge of road construction materials and processes
- Awareness of ground disturbance issues and safety protocols
- Ability to lift and carry 25 pounds regularly
- Valid Class 5 licence with acceptable driver abstract
