Brandt seeks an Outside Parts and Service Representative for its Ottawa Construction and Forestry location. This position supports new and existing customers while promoting parts and service offerings. Success requires customer service, communication, prospecting, territory planning, and heavy equipment industry knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop customer relationships to increase sales and satisfaction
- Promote heavy equipment parts, service, products, and programs
- Prospect and cold call current accounts regularly
- Implement territory plans and customer target lists
- Visit assigned customers at least monthly

Requirements:

- Two to three years of relevant sales experience
- Parts or Service Department experience considered relevant
- Knowledge of heavy equipment parts, operations, and industry
- Valid driver's license and clean driver's abstract
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
