As Section Manager, Software Design Engineering, you will guide people, technical governance, and project delivery across full engineering lifecycles. Your work covers industrial control systems, plant networks, software verification, cybersecurity, and client-focused delivery for critical infrastructure. The position reports to the Director of Electrical, Control, Computer Engineering and Human Factors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead software development for safety and non-safety systems
- Oversee control system architecture, integration, and commissioning
- Manage resources, budgets, schedules, and project delivery




- Maintain nuclear cybersecurity controls and Engineering Change Control
- Coach teams and strengthen client relationships

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Computer, or related Engineering
- 7–10+ years in regulated software design engineering
- 3+ years managing software or computer engineering teams
- Industrial control systems and plant network expertise
- Ontario Qualified Engineer designation and security clearance eligibility
