Reporting to the AVP, Disability Management Operations, the Manager, Life & Disability Management oversees operational performance, quality, and outcomes. You will guide STD and LTD claims programs, including specialized mental health and complex disability pathways. The position combines business acumen, change leadership, and customer-focused execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee STD and LTD claims programs and processes
- Balance quality, cost, duration, and risk
- Monitor performance and ensure timely decisions
- Lead evidence-based mental health management practices




- Drive improvements in recovery and return-to-work outcomes

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience combination
- At least 10 years in group insurance
- At least five years of progressive leadership experience
- Expertise in disability management and mental health claims
- Robust strategic, communication, coaching, and execution capabilities
