Lead organization design and operating model work as a Senior Manager on an 18-month hybrid contract in Toronto. Shape practical solutions with senior leaders.

Reporting to the Director, Organization Design, you will independently lead complex workstreams with minimal day-to-day oversight. Your work spans organizational assessments, future-state structures, governance, decision rights, workforce planning, and implementation planning. Partner with business leaders, Human Resources Business Partners, and transformation teams to improve organizational effectiveness and business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end organization design initiatives from assessment through implementation planning
- Design operating models, capabilities, governance forums, and decision rights
- Facilitate senior leader interviews, workshops, and working sessions




- Develop evidence-based options, recommendations, business cases, and executive materials
- Manage workstreams, stakeholders, risks, dependencies, and timelines independently

Requirements:

- Undergraduate degree in business, human resources, or related field
- Six or more years of progressive relevant experience
- Specialist expertise in organization and operating model design
- Advanced facilitation, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Working knowledge of workforce analytics and organizational modelling tools
