Brandt Tractor Ltd. seeks a Branch Manager reporting to the Division Manager. The successful candidate manages branch operations, drives sales growth, and develops employees. The position requires heavy equipment experience, product support knowledge, and progressive management experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage all daily activities at the Sudbury branch
- Achieve sales growth and branch profitability goals
- Meet asset management and market share objectives
- Develop employees toward long-term branch success
- Manage account receivables with the Director of Credit Services

Requirements:

- Five-plus years of heavy equipment field experience
- Three to five years of progressively responsible management experience
- Proven product support and departmental operations understanding
- Ability to lead and motivate staff
- Relevant post-secondary education considered an asset
