Human Resources Business Partners at CanadaOne Auto advise leaders through employee relations, talent development, and workplace culture initiatives. This role supports teams across a growing automotive dealership group.

As a trusted advisor to Managing Partners and Controllers, you will provide broad human resources consulting support. Your work includes employee engagement, conflict resolution, health and safety, training, regulatory compliance, achievement management, advantages, and HRIS administration. You will help execute established policies and practices while supporting employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Advise managers on human resources best practices
- Support employee relations, engagement, and conflict resolution




- Conduct leadership training and organizational orientation
- Assist with leaves, EI, LTD, WSIB, and RTW plans
- Maintain HR4 and report on HR analytics

Requirements:

- Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent experience
- CHRP or CHRL designation
- Knowledge of ESA, ESC, OHSA, and OLRA legislation
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook skills
