As District Manager, you will oversee stores, employees, customer care, safety, and operational performance. Medigas, Linde Canada’s healthcare division, needs a leader with healthcare experience, strong communication, and coaching capabilities. You will manage employee lifecycles, financial performance, contracts, compliance, and customer-focused growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee operations across multiple stores within the region
- Lead hiring, onboarding, development, and performance management
- Approve payroll, manage schedules, vacations, and attendance

Requirements:

- Healthcare designation such as RRT, RN, or LPN
- At least five years of healthcare experience
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Solid leadership, coaching, communication, and decision-making skills
- Ability to travel frequently and support after-hours issues
