This full-time Cencora role supports patient and provider services through Innomar Strategies. You will administer IV, SC, and IM medications while assessing infusion treatments, documenting care, and communicating with multidisciplinary healthcare teams. The position requires autonomous practice, travel within a geographical boundary, and ongoing professional education.

Key Responsibilities:

- Administer IV, SC, and IM medications at specialty clinics
- Assess and monitor infusion and injection treatments
- Complete documentation according to policies and nursing directions
- Report adverse events and product complaints




- Communicate with physicians, pharmacy, scheduling, and case managers

Requirements:

- Minimum two years as a Registered Practical or Licensed Practical Nurse
- Qualified nursing license or registration in applicable jurisdiction
- Experience in acute care, outpatient, or homecare settings
- IV therapy experience considered an asset
- Ability to travel to clinics and homecare appointments
