The Opportunity In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating customer orders from initial entry through to delivery, ensuring accurate information, timely communication, and smooth day-to-day operations.

Working closely with customers, sales, logistics, warehouse, and other internal departments, you will play an important role in maintaining efficient order processing and a positive customer experience.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable balancing multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

Key Responsibilities Receive, review, and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.





Enter orders into the company's internal systems and verify pricing, quantities, product details, and delivery requirements.

Coordinate order fulfillment, shipment scheduling, and delivery timelines with logistics, warehouse, and production teams as required.

Communicate with customers regarding order confirmations, availability, delivery updates, and any changes or delays.

Respond to customer inquiries and resolve order discrepancies in a timely and professional manner.

Maintain accurate customer records, order documentation, and system information.

Monitor outstanding orders and proactively follow up on issues to ensure deadlines are met.

Collaborate with sales and internal departments to ensure customer requirements are communicated clearly.

Assist with invoicing, purchase orders, reporting, and other administrative duties as needed.

Identify opportunities to improve order processing, communication, and overall workflow efficiency.
