Junior Corporate Accountant – Contract Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid – 3–4 days onsite) Pay Rate: $25.00–$30.00/hour Contract Duration: 5 months and 29 days Schedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hours/week Start Date: ASAP – Early November 2026 Fuze HR Solutions is currently recruiting a Junior Corporate Accountant for a well-established, global organization in the consumer goods industry, located in downtown Toronto.

This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career accounting professional looking to gain valuable corporate accounting experience within a collaborative finance team.

The successful candidate will receive hands-on training and exposure to fixed assets, taxation, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities Assist with fixed asset capitalization, CAPEX tracking, and reconciliations.

Support federal and provincial tax filings, including HST/GST, corporate taxes, and withholding taxes.

Prepare monthly account reconciliations and supporting financial schedules.

Assist with financial reporting, audits,



and government reporting requirements.

Support accounts payable coding, intercompany billing, and general accounting activities.

Work closely with senior team members to ensure accurate and timely financial processes.

Qualifications & Requirements University degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field – required.

Approximately 6 months to 1+ years of relevant accounting experience.

Foundational knowledge of fixed assets and taxation.

Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and Pivot

Tables.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word. SAP or other ERP experience is an asset. CPA enrollment or progress toward designation is an asset.

Excellent attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills.

Self-motivated, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a structured, team-oriented workplace.
