WE ARE HIRING: Billing Administrator

We are looking for a detail-oriented, proactive Billing Administrator to join our growing team!

In this role, you will play a key part in our project operations—managing end-to-end customer invoicing, working closely with our project managers, and ensuring accuracy across our construction and service jobs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Billing & Invoicing: Prepare and issue customer invoices for construction and service jobs using Jonas ERP.
- Progress Billing: Process progress billings, holdbacks, approved change orders, and final invoices.
- Coordination: Partner with project managers and site supervisors to confirm completed work and billing milestones.
- Accuracy & Compliance: Review job records, contracts, POs, tax details, and payment terms to ensure complete accuracy.
- Submissions: Submit invoices directly through client portals and designated billing channels.




- Problem Solving: Investigate billing discrepancies, process approved corrections/credit notes, and address customer account inquiries.
- Financial Support: Assist with accounts receivable reconciliations, payment follow-ups, and month-end reporting for work awaiting billing.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Prior billing/invoicing experience within the construction or service industry.
- Hands-on experience with Jonas ERP (or similar construction accounting software).
- Solid understanding of progress billings, holdbacks, and change orders.
- High attention to detail, organization, and clear communication skills.
