Lead business-aligned analytics delivery at OLG, translating stakeholder priorities into trusted reporting, measurement, and decision-support capabilities. This role is fully onsite unless otherwise specified.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Data & Analytics, you will lead initiatives from intake through adoption and value realization. You will shape analytics roadmaps, reporting solutions, KPI frameworks, and self-service approaches. The role also develops analytics literacy, reusable assets, data products, and business self-sufficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead analytics initiatives through delivery, adoption, and value realization
- Translate priorities into roadmaps, reporting, measurement, and self-service approaches
- Develop reusable assets, data products, and analytics best practices
- Establish trusted KPIs, performance measures,



and reporting standards
- Coach analysts and monitor quality, performance, and development needs

Requirements:

- University degree or college diploma in a relevant field
- Five or more years of progressive analytics experience
- Experience partnering with business stakeholders on analytics initiatives
- Experience delivering dashboards, scorecards, KPIs, and business intelligence
- Skills in analytics, measurement, stakeholder relationships, and capability development
