The Canadian Small & Medium Enterprises team is looking for a Director, Product Management to help drive our growth in the segment through solution innovation & commercialization, value proposition enhancements (core & via partnerships), distribution of Mastercard products and solutions via channel distribution channels, and P&L; optimization Execute against our strategy to capture incremental segment share and help secure market, divisional leadership Support and/or Lead the implementation of new product development initiatives, Product Line Strategy execution, and portfolio optimization activities in collaboration with Services O&T;,Finance,Legal, Marketing, Market Development, Account Management, Services, etc.) portfolio growth, financial analysis/P&L; driver optimization, marketing & sales materials, product enhancements, etc.)



Support business development and account management colleagues in customer-facing discussions to help advance SME objectives Collaborate with the broader Commercial & New Payment Flows team to help design and execute relevant use cases to advance digital solutions for the segment Work with other regional and divisional teams ensure sales readiness and training by developing necessary sales enablement tools for SMEs solid relationship management, influencing, presentation/verbal and communication skillsHave intermediate experience in financial services and/or payments with an understanding of competitive offerings, industry trends and profitability driversBe self-motivated, a self-starter and a quick learner with ability to work independently and manage different priorities; ability to translate that understanding into meaningful action and enhancementsHave proven experience in engaging internal and external commercial and technical stakeholders to drive both solution development and adoptionBe passionate about ‘empowering every business everywhere’ and the idea of democratizing access to powerful tools that help SMEs thriveSME banking or SME payment experience, international market knowledge/experience a plus #
