The Role

You run creative production across two agencies, and you run it with AI first.

Klimt& is a marketing holding company. Two of its agencies share this role:

- Primer is a creative led performance agency. We make statics, GIFs, video, UGC and landing pages for brands that live and die by what their ads do. Volume is high. Standards are higher.
- Klimt & Design does branding, product design and websites for B2B tech, AI, fintech and healthtech companies. Fewer assets, longer projects, more stakeholders, and a website that has to launch on the date we promised.

You own every design request from intake to delivery across both. You decide who works on what, how long it should take and when it's due, and you make sure it ships on time and error free. If it's late or wrong, that's on you.

You work directly with our Creative Directors on every design asset. They own whether the work is good. You own whether it's right, complete and on time.

We don't need you to have done this for years. We need you to be the most organized person you know and to use AI for everything a producer used to do by hand.

What You'll Own

Across both agencies

- Every design request from intake to final delivery: ad creative, brand work, product design and websites
- A workback plan for every project and campaign, built back from the delivery or launch date, that you own and keep current
- Client contact when it's needed. Designers lead day-to-day contact at K&D; and strategists at Primer, and you step in to chase inputs, access, assets, feedback and approvals, with every blocker tied to the date it puts at risk
- A clear line with account leads and strategists: they keep the client relationship, scope and commercials, and you run the day to day
- A time estimate for every asset, page and revision round, the right designer on it, and the team held to it
- One daily priority list across Primer and K&D;, built with the strategists and account leads, so designers work on what matters most and never get pulled two ways without a decision
- Client due dates that are realistic. When priorities shift, you reset dates and tell the client and the strategist or account lead before anyone has to ask
- Every round of internal and client feedback, so versions, notes and deadlines never get lost
- Pushback when a brief can't be done well in the time given, with a version of it that can
- Risks flagged early: a late brief, a missing asset, a designer out, a dev dependency. Before they become missed dates
- Capacity problems spotted a week before they happen, not the day they happen
- Each client's monthly deliverables tracked against scope, with gaps and overages flagged early
- The production board and client dashboards,

so status is never a question and every ticket is complete and named correctly
- The freelance bench: sourcing, onboarding to our process, and coaching on hitting estimates and our quality bar
- A seat on designer hiring, running the practical tests

High volume performance creative

- Statics, GIFs, video, UGC and landing pages, often 50+ assets a week
- Review of every asset against the brief, specs and client details before it reaches a strategist: copy, pricing, offers, claims, sizes, placements and every variant
- Request intake, timeline confirmations and delivery updates directly with On Demand clients

Brand, product and web projects

- Website projects from sitemap through design, build, staging and launch, usually on WordPress or Shopify
- Project plans and timelines for multi-week brand and product design engagements, with milestones clients sign off on
- Coordination between designers, developers, copywriters and the client so handoffs don't stall
- Pre-launch QA on every site: links, forms, responsive breakpoints, page speed, metadata, redirects and tracking
- Project documentation that lets anyone pick up a project mid-flight

How You'll Use AI

This is the part of the job that matters most. We expect you to replace hours of manual production work with AI and to keep finding more to replace.

- Own our AI QA step across both agencies, and make it faster and harder to fool
- Turn messy client feedback threads, calls and Slack notes into clean, versioned task lists without retyping them
- Use AI to draft estimates, timelines, status updates and client delivery notes, then check them yourself
- Build automations between our project tools so tickets, statuses and dashboards update themselves
- Spot where a designer could use AI to go faster, and show them how
- Work alongside our Creative Directors to scale the AI design workflows she has built
- Keep a running list of what you've automated and the hours it saved

You use AI daily, for real work, and you'd notice if a designer wasn't.

Who You Are

Experience is a bonus, not a requirement. We'll take someone with one year and an obsession with systems over someone with ten and a spreadsheet habit.

Must have

- You are AI native. You have built your own workflows with ChatGPT, Claude, automation tools or agents, and you can show us
- You are relentlessly organized.

Your own life runs on systems, and other people rely on them
- You notice small errors: a wrong price, a mismatched size, a typo in a headline, a broken link
- You follow up without being asked and close loops without being reminded
- You write clearly and briefly to clients, designers and developers
- You are comfortable telling a strategist, a designer or a client "no, but here's what we can do"
- You learn tools rapid: Monday.com, Clickup, Asana, Slack, Figma and whatever we adopt next

Bonus

- Time as a producer, project manager, traffic manager or account coordinator at an agency or DTC brand
- Knowledge of Meta placements, sizes, specs and safe zones, and why variant volume matters for creative testing
- Experience with UGC and video production
- Experience taking a website from design through staging and launch on WordPress or Shopify
- Familiarity with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, SEO basics and web analytics
- Experience with a remote team across multiple time zones
- You've built a QA process from scratch

How We'll Measure You

- Zero errors reaching clients
- Work delivered on or before the committed date, across both agencies
- Websites launched on the date promised at kickoff
- Time estimates accurate enough that designers and clients can plan around them
- Fewer revision rounds per asset
- Designers busy on the right things, with no surprise backlogs
- Hours of manual production work removed by AI each quarter
- Client satisfaction with turnaround and quality

This Isn't For You If

- You need someone else to tell you something is late
- You'd rather be liked by the team than trusted by the clients
- You think QA means a quick look
- You want to design. This role manages the work. It doesn't make it
- You use AI occasionally, or only when someone asks you to
- You prefer one type of project at one pace. Here a 50-asset Primer week and a six-week K&D; website run side by side The Details
- Remote
- Full time
- US working hours, anywhere from ET to PT (for example 8 to 4 or 9 to 5 in your time zone)

How We Hire A short intro call, then three tests, then a final conversation with the team.

- A real week of scheduling. We share a sample week of work, you tell us how it should be organized and why
- A stack of ads and a staging site with mistakes in them. We care about what you catch.
- An AI build. We give you a messy client feedback thread. Turn it into a clean, versioned task list using whatever AI tools you like, and show us exactly how you did it.

Salary: $60-80k To Apply

Send your resume, three sentences on the biggest mess you've organized and how, and one AI workflow you built that saves you real time.
