Most of our growth from here will come from our loan product. We need someone to put it in front of the right agencies and brands and close them.

This isn't a call-center sales job. Our customers are founders and CFOs making real financing decisions. You'll understand their business, structure the right deal, and win it. You'll work directly with the CEO and our credit team.

What you'll do

- Own the full sales cycle for our loan product, from first conversation to funded deal
- Build your own pipeline through outbound, referrals, events and our existing card customers
- Understand each customer's cash flow and growth plans, then pitch a financing structure that fits
- Work with credit to structure and price deals, and get them approved quickly
- Build referral partnerships with accountants, fractional CFOs and agency networks
- Tell us what customers want,



so the product gets better

You could be a fit if
- You've spent 4+ years in investment banking, commercial banking, private equity, lending or fintech sales
- You've closed financing deals, or advised clients on them
- You can talk to a founder about their P&L; and ad spend without losing them
- You're comfortable with a number and want to be paid well when you beat it

Bonus points

- You know the agency, e-commerce or performance marketing world
- You've sold a lending or credit product before
- You've been an early sales hire at a startup

Compensation

- Toronto: CAD 140K–165K base, CAD 260K–300K OTE
- Vancouver: CAD 130K–155K base, CAD 240K–280K OTE

Both include equity. Commission is uncapped.
