Job Summary: The Senior Application Developer will lead the modernization of legacy portal infrastructure by migrating Adxstudio Portals to Microsoft Power Pages.

This role requires deep expertise in full stack development, AI-accelerated code translation, and data migration using Microsoft Power Platform tools.

The developer will ensure seamless integration, security, and performance of the new platform while supporting testing, deployment, and knowledge transfer activities.

Responsibilities: Analyze legacy Adxstudio portal architecture and custom configurations to develop migration strategies.

Lead technical discovery and deliver solution design documentation.

Utilize AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot to translate legacy .NET/C# code into Liquid templates and contemporary Java

Script.

Migrate data and refactor schemas using Power Platform CLI and Dataverse migration tools.

Modernize entity forms, web forms, and lists into Power Pages multistep forms with optimized validation scripts.

Maintain system integration and security, mapping legacy roles to Dataverse permissions and web roles.

Conduct user acceptance testing, debug migration issues with AI diagnostics, and support deployment activities.

Document technical processes and onboard new team members.

Required Skills: Extensive experience with Adxstudio Portals and Microsoft Power Pages.

Proficiency in .NET/C#, Liquid Web Templates, Java

Script, and CSS modernization.

Strong knowledge of Dataverse, Power Platform CLI, and data migration techniques.

Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Microsoft Copilot and Git

Hub Copilot.

Expertise in system integration, authentication frameworks, and security role mapping.

Ability to perform UAT, debugging,



and technical documentation.

Experience working remotely with required hardware and software setups.

Desired Skills: Familiarity with enterprise AI prompt engineering and diagnostic workflows.

Knowledge of Share

Point integration and payment processing systems.

Experience in leading technical discovery and solution design artifacts.

Strong communication skills for knowledge sharing and team onboarding.

Background in government or public sector IT projects.
