IT Support Specialist Mac

Donald Search Group has been asked by our client to find a first-class IT Support Specialist to join their team in a full-time role.

The primary responsibility of this role will be to manage IT infrastructure and support requests while developing Microsoft Power Platform solutions and extending database capabilities.

Some of what you will do in this role includes: Provide 1st and 2nd level technical support, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues through a ticketing system within defined service levels.

Develop, maintain, and administer applications and workflows using the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI).

Extend and administer existing database systems and platforms, including Share

Point and MS SQL, to incorporate recent capabilities.

Coordinate and deliver Microsoft 365 user training and support (Teams, Outlook, Power BI) while documenting IT procedures, user guides, and troubleshooting protocols.





Collaborate with global headquarters IT teams to maintain network security technologies, including VPN networks, firewalls, and encryption protocols.

You should have the following in your background to apply: 5+ years of hands-on experience as an IT support specialist or systems administrator.

Technical experience with Microsoft 365, Power Platform (Power Apps/Automate/BI), Share

Point, and MS SQL databases.

Working knowledge of network security components, including VPNs, firewalls, and data encryption.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Exceptional customer service, analytical problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.

Salary range: $70k-$90k
