Role Overview
We are seeking a hands-on Crowd

Strike Technical Lead to help lead the implementation and deployment of the Crowd

Strike Falcon platform.

This person will act as the primary technical resource for the implementation, providing technical leadership and direction while also remaining hands-on with configuration, deployment, troubleshooting, and endpoint security activities.

The ideal candidate combines deep Crowd

Strike Falcon expertise with implementation leadership, and is comfortable working with project leadership, security stakeholders, infrastructure teams, and other technical resources to drive the implementation through completion.

Key Responsibilities
Serve as the technical lead and subject matter expert for the Crowd

Strike Falcon implementation.

Provide overall technical direction and ownership throughout deployment.

Lead and support the configuration, deployment, and optimization of Crowd

Strike Falcon across the environment.

Own technical decisions related to endpoint policies, configurations, deployment approach, and platform setup.

Provide hands-on support for complex configuration, troubleshooting, and implementation activities.

Guide other technical resources involved in the deployment and ensure work aligns with the overall implementation plan.

Identify technical risks, dependencies, blockers, and gaps that could impact implementation timelines.

Coordinate with cybersecurity, infrastructure, endpoint, and project teams to resolve implementation issues.

Troubleshoot deployment, connectivity, policy, sensor, and endpoint-related issues.

Validate that configurations and policies are functioning as expected across the setting.

Provide technical guidance, recommendations, and best practices to project and security leadership.





Support technical documentation and knowledge transfer to the client's internal teams.

Skills and Requirements
Strong hands-on experience implementing and supporting Crowd

Strike Falcon in enterprise environments.

Demonstrated experience leading Crowd

Strike implementations or major deployments, rather than solely providing operational support.

Deep understanding of Crowd

Strike Falcon configuration, policies, sensors, endpoint deployment, and troubleshooting.

Strong knowledge of endpoint security and endpoint detection and response (EDR) concepts.

Experience leading technical implementation activities across multiple infrastructure/security teams.

Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and independently drive issues through resolution.

Comfortable operating as the technical point of contact for project leadership and key stakeholders.

Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical issues, risks, and recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
