**Job description**
**Electrical Control Engineer**
Location: Greater Edmonton, AB (Hybrid)
A growing industrial engineering and heat management organization is seeking a
**Electrical Control Engineer**
to support electrical, controls, and automation projects across energy and industrial facilities.
**What You'll Do**
Design electrical and control systems for industrial projects
Develop and support PLC/HMI applications
Design control panels and power distribution systems
Support FAT/SAT, commissioning, troubleshooting, and startup activities
Work with instrumentation, field devices, and industrial communications
Mentor junior engineers and designers




**What We're Looking For**
P.

Eng. designation (APEGA preferred)
5+ years of industrial electrical and controls experience
PLC/HMI experience (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or Schneider)
Knowledge of power distribution, instrumentation, and panel design
AutoCAD proficiency
Commissioning and project delivery experience
Electric Heat Tracing (EHT) experience is an asset
