Job Description
Insight Global is seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst to support a major KYC modernization and new application development initiative within Commercial Banking.

This person will bridge business and technology teams, supporting both the modernization of existing KYC processes/systems and the build of new technology solutions from the ground up.

This is a hands-on BA role requiring strong technical requirements gathering, SDLC, testing, and test-case development experience.

Responsibilities
• Gather, analyze, document, and validate business and technical requirements.
• Partner with KYC stakeholders, architects, developers, QA, and delivery teams.
• Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical requirements.
• Support both legacy modernization and net-new application builds through design, development, testing, and implementation.
• Define current-state and future-state processes, identifying gaps and requirements for new solutions.
• Develop and execute test cases based on business and system requirements.
• Manage testing sequences, dependencies, expected results, traceability, and defects.
• Support UAT and coordinate business validation and sign-off.
• Track requirements, user stories, defects, and project activities in Jira.
• Participate in project kickoff, technical design, development planning, and implementation.
• Communicate risks, dependencies, requirement changes, and outstanding decisions.

We may use AI to source resumes, conduct interviews with recruiter oversight.

Skills and Requirements
• 5+ years of Business Analyst experience.




• Strong KYC/AML and banking domain knowledge.
• Experience supporting technology modernization and/or net-new application development.
• Strong understanding of the full SDLC, from requirements through implementation.
• Hands-on experience developing and executing test cases.
• Solid understanding of requirements traceability, testing sequences, UAT, and defect management.
• Strong Jira experience.
• Ability to work closely with developers, architects, QA, and technical stakeholders.
• Excellent technical requirements and documentation skills.
• Commercial Banking experience.
• Experience with KYC modernization, new-builds, or platform transformation.
• Exposure to AI-enabled applications or AI SDLC.
