About Human Strata
Human Strata is Acclivity’s executive-brand content engine. The promise to clients is simple: a 15-minute interview becomes a month of content. Each conversation is turned into LinkedIn posts, blog articles, short-form vertical video, still frames, and supporting assets, with AI doing the heavy lifting and a senior editor reviewing everything before it reaches the client.
Clients never talk to a bot. They talk to you. You are the voice, the face, and the relationship behind every account. The host owns the conversation and the client experience; the editor owns the quality bar.
Acclivity is a fully remote-first B2B marketing agency that works with forward-thinking, tech-savvy clients in engineering, manufacturing, industrial technology, IT, professional services, and related markets.
The Role
This is a hybrid of podcast host, content creator, and account manager. On any given day you will prep for and host several short executive interviews, onboard new executives, and keep existing clients happy, engaged, and renewing. Your mandate is clear: make every interview feel effortless and enjoyable for the executive, draw out insights worth publishing, and make each client feel so well looked after that they stay, add colleagues, and refer their peers.
What You’ll Own: Interview Hosting and Content Creation
- Host 15-minute, podcast-style video interviews with executives, founders, and senior leaders, with a built-in 15-minute overflow when the conversation is flowing.
- Use your 30-minute prep window to review the AI-generated interview brief, including newsjacking angles, SEO and competitive topics, and conversation prompts, then tailor questions to the executive’s brand, goals, and voice.
- Ask the questions that unlock great content: the most interesting client conversation this week, what colleagues are debating in the hallway, the article they have a strong opinion on.
- Listen closely, follow the best threads, and ask sharp follow-ups that turn opinions into stories and stories into publishable ideas.
- Translate complex technical, industrial, and business topics into conversations that are credible, human, and easy to watch.
- Bring energy, pacing, and polish on camera while keeping the spotlight on the executive.
- Flag strong moments, soundbites, clip opportunities, and future blog topics for the production and editorial team.
- Capture follow-up questions and topic ideas so each interview sets up the next one.
What You’ll Own: Account Management and Client Success
- Serve as the dedicated point of contact for each assigned client account and every executive on it.
- Lead onboarding interviews with new executives: review their intake materials, identify gaps, and fill in anything missing.
- Clarify each executive’s positioning, goals, and voice, whether they are focused on revenue, audience growth, speaking opportunities, or category authority.
- Confirm brand guidelines, content preferences, topics to avoid, competitors, and market context.
- Keep each client’s company and executive knowledge bases accurate and current by reviewing and confirming updates as you learn more.
- Schedule and manage recurring interview cadences (weekly or bi-weekly) and keep calendars full and on track.
- Monitor post-delivery feedback surveys, follow up promptly on any concerns, and route quality issues to the editor.
- Turn client feedback into better prep, better questions, and better knowledge-base inputs for the next cycle.
- Run regular check-ins that show clients the value they are receiving and keep them excited about what comes next.
- Proactively protect renewals by spotting early signs of disengagement, missed interviews, or dissatisfaction and acting before they become churn.
- Identify natural expansion opportunities, such as adding executives to an account, and hand warm referrals to the right people.
- Keep client records, notes, and next steps organized in the systems the team uses.
How You'll Be Measured
Success in this role is tied directly to the client experience and whether clients choose to stay. Key metrics include:
- Client retention and renewal rates across your accounts.
- Post-delivery satisfaction survey scores for the interview and the overall content package.
- Quality, relevance, and depth of interview questions and the usable content they produce.
- Interview completion rate and schedule consistency.
- Onboarding speed and completeness of client knowledge bases.
- Responsiveness to client questions and feedback.
- Account expansion and client referrals.
Who You Are
- Charismatic, energetic, and naturally engaging on camera.
- Genuinely curious about how leaders think, and able to make busy executives enjoy the time they spend with you.

- A strong listener who makes guests feel comfortable, respected, and interesting.
- Relationship-minded, with the instincts of a great account manager: organized, proactive, and invested in client outcomes.
- Confident enough to lead the conversation and generous enough to keep the focus on the guest.
- Comfortable managing AI tools and workflows while applying your own judgment on accuracy, tone, and quality.
- Professional, polished, and warm in every client interaction.
