This Part time Lab Patient Technician position is located at 86 Angeline St S, Lindsay ON. You will guide patients through testing protocols, complete collections, and process information. The work includes phlebotomies, Holter monitors, ECG tracings, special collections, documentation, and specimen transportation preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet patients and explain the specimen collection process
- Perform phlebotomies, Holter monitoring, and ECG tracings
- Complete special collections and related documentation
- Maintain client relationships and respond to inquiries
- Prepare specimens and enter required patient information

Requirements:

- Approved Laboratory Assistant program graduate or equivalent preferred
- Phlebotomy experience considered an asset
- ECG training or experience considered an asset
- Excellent communication and patient service skills
- Computer skills with minimum typing speed of 40 wpm
