- Clean kitchen exhaust systems from end to end: hoods, filters, ductwork, and rooftop exhaust fans
- Degrease and pressure wash using commercial equipment and chemicals
- Set up and tear down job sites, including plastic wrap, containment, and cleanup, so the kitchen is left spotless
- Work on rooftops and ladders using fall arrest equipment
- Take before and after photos and apply service certificate stickers
- Spot and report issues such as damaged fans, missing access panels, and grease buildup hazards
- Represent the company professionally with clients and site staff
What We're Looking For
- Physically fit and comfortable with heavy, dirty, hands-on work
- Not afraid of heights, ladders, or rooftops
- Reliable and on time,
and able to work nights and weekends (most jobs happen after kitchens close)
- Valid driver's licence and a clean driving record
- Detail-oriented: we don't cut corners
- Experience in hood cleaning, pressure washing, or a trade is an asset but not required. We'll train the right person.
