Job Overview

As a Pitapit Crew Member, prepare and serve food while creating a welcoming, efficient experience for customers. You’ll support smooth restaurant operations by keeping service areas clean, handling orders accurately, and working collaboratively with the team.

Duties

- Prepare menu items, serve customers, and follow food handling, food safety, and sanitation practices.
- Use POS systems to enter orders, process payments, handle cash, and complete basic math accurately.
- Provide friendly customer service, answer questions, and suggest suitable menu options through thoughtful upselling.
- Manage time effectively, maintain an orderly work area, and coordinate with colleagues during service.

Skills

Required: Practical food preparation, safe food handling, sanitation, customer service, basic math, time management, and accurate POS and cash handling support daily service. Preferred: Food service, restaurant, food industry, serving, or kitchen experience; familiarity with Micros POS, cashiering, and upselling can help you contribute confidently across diverse tasks.

Pay: $17.95-$18.00 per hour
