WORKFORCE Dental Staffing is seeking an experienced Dental Receptionist to join a professional and supportive dental team, at an office in Vancouver conveniently located approximately 5 minutes walking distance from Olympic Village Skytrain Station.

Schedule: Monday to Friday for now, with one Saturday per month. If the Saturday hours are successful, the schedule will most likely transition to Tuesday to Saturday.

Wage: $25.00 to $33.00/hr

Responsibilities:

- Patient reception, check-in and check-out
- Answer phones and manage the schedule
- Insurance predeterminations
- Referral forms and follow-up
- Ordering office supplies
- Maintaining a welcoming reception area
- Saturday availability

Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year of dental reception experience




- Solid customer service experience
- Extensive Tracker experience is required
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Calm and positive approach in busy or challenging situations
