We are seeking an experienced and safety-focused CTL Forestry Machine Operator to join our harvesting team. The successful candidate will operate cut-to-length (CTL) equipment such as harvesters and forwarders to efficiently and safely process timber in a forest setting.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate CTL machinery (e.g., harvester, processor, forwarder) in a safe and productive manner
- Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance
- Accurately cut, delimb, and process timber according to specifications
- Maintain production targets while ensuring environmental compliance
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
- Follow all company safety policies and provincial forestry regulations

Qualifications & Requirements

- Previous experience operating CTL forestry equipment (preferred)
- Ability to work in remote outdoor environments and varying weather conditions




- Strong understanding of forestry safety practices
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot minor equipment issues
- Valid driver’s license (Class 5 minimum; Class 1 an asset)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Assets (Not Required but Beneficial)

- Experience with GPS/forest mapping systems
- First Aid certification
- WHMIS or other safety training
- Logging or forestry-related education
