Overview

The Safety and Compliance Coordinator supports safe, consistent operations by helping teams follow applicable procedures and maintain clear compliance records. This role works across manufacturing activities, coordinating practical guidance and training to help colleagues understand expectations and apply them in their daily work.

Duties

- Coordinate safety and compliance activities across manufacturing operations, tracking actions and following up on outstanding items.
- Maintain organized records, prepare transparent updates, and help teams keep required documentation current.
- Support training and development by coordinating learning activities, sharing guidance, and helping employees understand relevant procedures.




- Work with colleagues to identify process concerns and communicate them to the appropriate teams for review.

Requirements

Required: Strong organization, clear communication, accurate recordkeeping, and the ability to coordinate tasks and explain procedures in a practical, approachable way. Preferred: Experience related to manufacturing, safety, or compliance, along with an interest in training and development and supporting colleagues’ learning.

Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
