This is a high-visibility opportunity for a strategic leader who combines clinical excellence and regulatory precision with a drive for aggressive growth. You will spearhead operational scaling, expand clinical services, and align performance to position Pillway as Canada’s leading digital pharmacy. Support Pillway’s growth strategy by implementing processes and sharing best practices with our other sites across Canada, allowing seamless scaling of pharmacy services across provinces. Collaborate with leadership to design and execute pharmacy initiatives that contribute directly to business growth and patient reach. Regulatory Compliance & Quality Assurance Ensure full compliance with provincial and federal pharmacy regulations, including audits, recordkeeping, and narcotics management. Ensure quality assurance of the pharmacy and our processes. Build, mentor,



and grow a high-performing pharmacy team (Pharmacists, Pharmacy technicians and Pharmacy Assistants) capable of supporting increasing patient volumes and expanding services. Champion the delivery of exceptional patient care, ensuring services scale while maintaining personalization and quality. Drive adoption of technology and digital pharmacy tools to improve patient engagement and adherence Partner with cross-functional teams to align pharmacy operations with broader organizational goals. Act as a key voice in shaping how pharmacy operations support Pillway’s expansion Licensed Pharmacist in good standing with the Ontario College of Pharmacists. Minimum 5 -8 years of pharmacy management or leadership experience. Proven ability to manage growth, scale operations, and lead teams through change. Strong understanding of pharmacy operations, compliance, and clinical services. Keen interest in digital health, innovation, and business growth strategies.
