- Provide attentive, customer-focused service throughout each visit.
- Support sales by explaining relevant products and options.
- Help maintain an organized, appealing retail space and assist with point-of-sale transactions.
- Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Retail sales or sales skills suited to a customer-focused boutique.
- Preferred: merchandising experience and familiarity with POS systems.
- Preferred: cashiering, basic maths and cash handling.
- Preferred: time management, organization and professional phone etiquette.
