We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Industrial Cleaner to join our team. This role is responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and safe environment throughout the warehouse, production areas, and facility. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, takes pride in their work, and is comfortable working in a busy manufacturing environment. This position is well suited for someone who is dependable, works well independently, and understands the importance of maintaining cleanliness and safety in a workplace.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

- Perform general cleaning and housekeeping duties throughout the warehouse, production areas, and facility.
- Sweep, mop, and clean floors to maintain a safe and orderly work environment.
- Remove paper scraps, dust, debris, and other waste from production and warehouse areas.
- Empty garbage and recycling bins and dispose of waste appropriately.
- Clean and maintain washrooms, lunchrooms, hallways, offices, and other common areas as required.
- Keep aisles, walkways, work areas, and designated storage areas clean and free of debris.
- Clean around production equipment and machinery as required, while following all applicable safety procedures.
- Assist with cleaning spills and maintaining clean and safe areas throughout the facility.
- Use cleaning products, tools, and equipment safely and according to company procedures.
- Maintain cleaning supplies and notify management when supplies need to be replenished.
- Identify and report safety hazards, spills, damaged equipment, or maintenance concerns to management.




- Follow all company health and safety policies and procedures, including proper use of PPE.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while completing all cleaning duties.
- Work closely with warehouse, production, and management teams to maintain facility cleanliness and minimize disruption to operations.
- Perform other general cleaning, housekeeping, and facility-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in industrial cleaning, warehouse cleaning, janitorial work, or a similar role is considered an asset.
- Ability to perform general cleaning duties efficiently and to a high standard.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workplace.
- Ability to safely use cleaning products, tools, and equipment.
- Ability to safely lift, carry, and move garbage, cleaning supplies, and other materials as required.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.
- Ability to work independently and manage assigned cleaning responsibilities.
- Strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
- Ability to follow instructions and company procedures.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse workplace is considered an asset.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
