Role Description

This full-time remote role in Sales & Client Service focuses on supporting existing and prospective clients with their insurance and benefits needs. Day-to-day tasks include responding to inquiries, explaining product features, guiding clients through policy options, and ensuring accurate documentation of client interactions. The role involves conducting virtual consultations, following up with clients to maintain satisfaction, and assisting with policy updates, renewals, and claims-related questions.

Team members are expected to meet performance targets, collaborate with colleagues and leadership, and use CRM tools and online platforms to manage client accounts and communication.



The position requires consistent professionalism, strong follow-through, and the ability to work independently in a home-based setting.

Qualifications

- Strong Client Services and Customer Service skills, with a focus on building long-term relationships and resolving issues effectively.
- Excellent Communication abilities, including clear verbal and written communication in virtual and phone-based environments.
- Commitment to Customer Satisfaction, with the ability to listen, identify needs, and provide appropriate solutions.
- Basic Finance understanding, including comfort discussing insurance products, benefits, and financial protection concepts.
- Ability to work remotely in a structured, self-directed manner, with reliable internet access and a professional home workspace.
- Prior experience in sales, insurance, financial services, or client-facing roles is beneficial but not required.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with proficiency in common digital tools and CRM or database systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education or relevant certifications in business, finance, or customer service are an asset. If candidates do not have an LLQP certification, we will assist in obtaining this right away
