We are seeking an experienced Pharmacy Assistant to join our busy, fast-paced pharmacy team.

Please note: A minimum of 2 years of experience working in a Canadian pharmacy, including hands-on proficiency with Kroll pharmacy software, is mandatory. Applications and inquiries from candidates who do not meet BOTH requirements will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

- Process prescriptions, including data entry, preparation, labeling, and billing.
- Assist pharmacists with daily pharmacy operations and workflow management.
- Manage inventory, ordering, receiving, and stock organization.
- Provide friendly, efficient, and professional customer service.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure an organized work environment.
- Work independently and efficiently in a high-volume pharmacy setting.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Pharmacy Assistant in a Canadian pharmacy (mandatory).
- Strong working knowledge and hands-on experience with Kroll pharmacy software (mandatory).
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail,



and accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a rapid-paced environment.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Dependable, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a reliable, experienced, and motivated Pharmacy Assistant who can contribute to our team from day one with minimal training. The successful candidate will be confident using Kroll, comfortable handling a busy prescription workflow, and committed to providing excellent patient care.

Important: This position is intended for experienced Pharmacy Assistants only. Candidates without at least 2 years of relevant Canadian pharmacy experience and practical Kroll experience should not apply, as their applications will not be reviewed.

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
