Looking for a full time auto insurance role close to home in Cloverdale? AMC Insurance is hiring an Auto Insurance Advisor for our Cloverdale branch. You'll be the friendly face clients see when they renew their car insurance, register a new vehicle or change their policy.

New Level 1 licence holders are welcome. We'll train you on ICBC PolicyCenter and you'll learn alongside experienced advisors in a small, supportive branch team.

A typical day

- Help walk-in and phone clients with ICBC Autoplan renewals, new plates, transfers and policy changes
- Explain coverage options in plain language and give accurate quotes
- Process transactions in ICBC PolicyCenter and our office systems
- Keep client files accurate and complete
- Follow up with clients and help keep the branch running smoothly

What you need

- Level 1 BC General Insurance Licence
- ICBC Autoplan experience is an asset, not required
- Good customer service skills and clear spoken and written English
- Careful with details, even on a busy day
- Able to work in person at our Cloverdale office

Nice to have

- Plans to get your Level 2 licence
- Home or tenant insurance experience
- A second language such as Punjabi, Hindi, Mandarin or Korean
