Responsibilities

- Operate screen printing equipment to produce vibrant, accurate prints on shirts, ensuring adherence to design specifications.
- Thoroughly clean and prepare screens using appropriate washing techniques to maintain optimal print quality and prevent cross-contamination.
- Inspect printed materials for consistency, color accuracy, and defect detection, making adjustments as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area,



including proper disposal of chemicals and waste materials in compliance with safety protocols.
- Assist with setup and breakdown of printing stations for different projects, ensuring efficient workflow.
- Monitor inventory levels of inks, cleaning supplies, and screens; communicate needs for restocking or repairs promptly.
- Follow safety guidelines and use personal protective equipment (PPE) diligently during all processes.

Skills

- An understanding of screen printing techniques and equipment operation.
- Experience with screen washing methods and chemical handling safety procedures.
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality control throughout the printing process.

Pay: $17.00-$19.00 per hour
