Overview:

We services close 200 properties each snow storm. Employees expectations are to arrive on time and complete an 8-14 hour shift up to company standards. Attention to detail and safety is most important. Most crews begin around 4am and work until 3pm on snow storm days.

On non snow event days there are tasks such as general maintenance and property checkups, so employees can expect some hours during slower times.

Duties:
- Shovel all sidewalks and other designated areas explicit of snow.
- Assist snow plow operators and other crew members
- Spread salt or sand on surfaces to prevent ice buildup




- Monitor weather conditions and respond accordingly to changing conditions
- Perform routine maintenance on snow plow equipment to ensure proper functioning

Requirements:
- Knowledge to troubleshoot and maintain equipment
- Ability to work in cold and challenging weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Available for on call hours and short notice.

Note: This position may also involve landscape maintenance duties during non-snow seasons.

Job Types: Part-time, Seasonal could lead to full time

Wage: $23/h - $28/h

Contract length: NOV 1 - ARP 30

Pay: $23.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8.0 – 30.0 per week
