Technical Program Manager

- 3 Days Onsite) ? Long-Term Contract We are currently seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead and coordinate large-scale cybersecurity and technology initiatives within a complex enterprise environment. This role will work closely with engineering, product, security, infrastructure, and business teams to drive strategic programs from planning through successful delivery.

Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technical and cybersecurity programs.
• Manage program roadmaps, timelines, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Facilitate program planning, governance reviews, and executive status reporting.
• Ensure alignment with business objectives, delivery standards, and portfolio goals.
• Identify and remove delivery blockers while managing escalations effectively. Required

Qualifications:




• 7+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Program Management, or PMO leadership.
• Strong experience delivering cybersecurity, cloud, infrastructure, or enterprise technology programs.
• Expertise in governance, RAID management, portfolio planning, executive reporting, and stakeholder management.
• Solid understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe methodologies.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive outcomes in a matrix environment.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and leadership skills. Preferred:
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP environments.
• Exposure to Application Security, Vulnerability Management, Cloud Security, or CI/CD practices.
• PMP, PgMP, Scrum Master, Protected, or related certifications.
