Key Responsibilities:

- Preparing and serving desserts such as crepes, waffles, cakes, chocolate-based items, and other menu offerings
- Preparing hot and cold beverages, juices, and specialty drinks
- Delivering excellent customer service with a positive and professional attitude
- Maintaining speed, accuracy, and quality during busy periods
- Following recipes, portion control, and presentation standards
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace at all times
- Following food safety, hygiene, and operational procedures
- Supporting the team and leadership to ensure smooth daily operations
