Founded in 1997, Tangle Ridge Custom Crushing Ltd. (TRRC) is a diversified heavy civil and environmental construction company headquartered in Fort Nelson, BC, with projects throughout Western and Northern Canada. Our services include heavy civil construction, road building and maintenance, remediation and reclamation, contaminated soil handling and hauling, aggregate crushing, trucking and demolition. With an experienced team and a substantial heavy equipment fleet, we focus on secure, efficient project delivery and lasting client relationships.

About the Role

TRRC is seeking a Project Manager to support construction projects from bidding and planning through execution and closeout. Working closely with our operations team, clients and project partners, you will coordinate resources, manage contractual requirements and keep projects on track financially and operationally.

· Prepare bids, cost estimates and pricing responses for tenders and requests for proposals.

· Track and monitor project progress, schedules, costs and budgets; identify issues and coordinate timely corrective action.

· Prepare, complete and submit regulatory and project-required documentation, and track submission deadlines.

· Chair and attend project meetings, document decisions and follow up on action items.

· Maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and responsive project support.

· Administer contracts, including change orders, progress claims and related project records.

· Coordinate construction activities and the allocation of personnel, equipment, subcontractors and materials with the operations team.

Work arrangement and travel: This role can be performed from home, with travel expected up to 40% of the time to project sites and our head office in Fort Nelson,



BC. Travel and accommodation expenses will be paid by TRRC.

Compensation: Competitive and based on the successful candidate’s level of experience.

The Ideal Candidate

You are a detail-oriented, organized construction professional who can manage competing priorities, work independently and maintain clear communication between the office and the field. You bring:

· Project management experience on construction projects, preferably in heavy civil construction, earthworks, road construction, environmental remediation or reclamation.

· Experience with northern construction, particularly in Northern BC and other areas of Western and Northern Canada, with an understanding of remote-site logistics, seasonal constraints and resource planning.

· Experience preparing estimates, tender submissions and proposal pricing.

· A strong understanding of project financials, including budgeting, cost tracking, forecasting, cash flow and profitability.

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in project documentation, regulatory submittals and contract administration.

· Clear communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with clients, field crews, subcontractors and project partners.

· A commitment to safe work practices and the ability to travel up to 40% of the time.
