KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Weld all standard frames, pulling irons, lock and recess
- Consistently performs Fillet and Tack welds
- Weld strut and lids assemblies
- Cuts and prepares baffles
- Read basic shop drawings and weld symbols
- Additional duties as assigned

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE

- Possess a “C” Welding Ticket (GMAW) or equivalent from a recognized institution with demonstrated ability to consistently weld at a “C” class Welding level.
- Ability to pass an internal CWB Plate and Vertical tests
- Ability to safely operate required machinery, power tools and other Steel Shop equipment
- Demonstrated ability to fabricate components and assemblies as directed.
- Ability to read drawings
- Possess basic math skills
