We are seeking an experienced General Operations Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our international travel company, ensuring every department works efficiently, accurately and in coordination with others.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily operations across all departments.
- Monitor employee productivity, attendance, workload and shift handovers.
- Review departmental performance and ensure deadlines are met.
- Identify errors, delays and operational weaknesses and implement solutions.
- Ensure personalized, professional and consistent client service.
- Coordinate departmental leads and resolve cross-departmental issues.
- Monitor operational compliance and escalate financial discrepancies.
- Prepare daily updates and weekly performance reports.
- Recommend improvements that support business growth.

Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of experience in operations management or supervision.
- Proven experience managing remote or multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational ability.
- Experience using CRM systems and workflow management tools.
- Travel,



hospitality or service-industry experience preferred.

Ideal Candidate: A proactive leader who can independently oversee the company, identify problems early and maintain high standards without constant executive supervision.

Pay: $20.00 per hour
