Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Pharmacist to join our healthcare team. Duties

- Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently in accordance with physicians' orders and legal regulations
- Provide expert consultation to healthcare professionals and patients regarding medication use, potential side effects, and interactions
- Maintain detailed and accurate medication records and documentation for all prescriptions dispensed
- Ensure compliance with pharmcy policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements related to medication management
- Educate patients on proper medication administration, storage, and potential adverse effects
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive patient care plans.

Requirements

- Valid pharmacist license in Ontario




- Proven experience working in a retail pharmacy
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, medication administration protocols, and pharmacy law
- Experience providing patient-centered care
- Excellent communication skills to effectively educate patients and collaborate with healthcare professionals
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with pharmaceutical advancements

Pay: $45.00-$55.00 per hour
