Do not apply if technical topics, business and leadership content, engineering, AI, social media, and technology trends are not genuinely interesting to you to the point where you follow them for fun and not just work.
Why Acclivity?
At Acclivity, B2B marketing and communications programs are built to generate visibility, strengthen relationships, support lead generation, and keep campaigns and client activity moving forward. We work with forward-thinking, tech-savvy clients in industries such as engineering, manufacturing, and technology, and operate as a fully remote-first organization focused on flexibility and work-life integration.
You will own social media content creation, publishing, and engagement across multiple client accounts, while keeping communications and event support moving. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, proactive, people-oriented, creative, and excited to bring the human layer to an AI + human environment.
What You'll Own
- Own social media content creation across client accounts: write compelling copy, choose photography, create imagery, and edit short-form video. AI can be used to support this work, but you are responsible for human quality control, taste, and authenticity in all work product.
- Own publishing: build, schedule, and post content across client channels in partnership with AI content agents, while maintaining brand quality, context, and accuracy.
- Own content calendars, keep campaigns, posts, approvals, and deadlines on track, and bring forward timely content ideas based on trends, news, and client wins.
- Lead daily community engagement: proactively comment on, share, and interact with posts from target accounts, prospects, partners, and industry voices to grow relevant audiences and start meaningful conversations.
- Monitor social media channels, send messages to all newly engaged accounts, respond to inbound messages and comments, and escalate issues or opportunities appropriately.
- Spot social media and platform trends early, understand why they work, and adapt the right ones for each client.
- Track content and engagement performance, and use the results to improve what you create and post next.
- Keep digital and social profiles updated, accurate, optimized, aligned with current positioning, and up to date with platform updates and best practices.
- Amplify client coverage, awards, partnerships, and external mentions across social channels.
- Manage shared inboxes and keep communications organized, responded to, routed, and followed up on in a timely way.
- Process forms and membership applications for clients.
- Support live and virtual event logistics, including venue booking, speaker/guest/VIP coordination, collateral planning, printing, and branded swag orders.
- Produce client reporting and communicate progress to goals and targets throughout the month.
- Keep internal systems, trackers, calendars, and project management tools current and reliable.
How You'll Be Measured
Success in this role is measured by outcomes, not activity. Each marketing activity you support has clear performance targets, and you will be accountable for hitting them, from on-time campaigns and high-performing social content to responsive communications, error-free reporting, and successful events. See the full posting for the complete list of key measures.
