Gaucho Brazilian Barbecue is looking for a competent, responsible, and experienced line cook for Tuesday to Sunday.

If you are a hard worker looking for an opportunity, send your resume and apply. A minimum of 3 years of experience is required. Must be punctual, reliable and have outstanding communication skills, and work with the team. You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong knife skills are an asset.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

- Assists in supervision and instruction of subordinates as necessary.
- Responsible for checking supplies and create an order if necessary.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and responsibly.
- Deliver meat from grill to guests in a timely manner.




- Ensure guests are satisfied with the food and service. Response promptly and courteously to any request
- Be ready and willing to assist fellow grill servers or cooks as situation arise
- Perform side work at the start and end of each shift as required by my kitchen manager.
- Be trainable and always willing to learn how to prepare meats.
