SoKleen Cleaning Services provides professional residential and commercial cleaning solutions across Montreal. We specialize in window cleaning, janitorial maintenance, post-construction cleaning, and disinfectant services. Our mission is to create clean, safe environments for our clients while maintaining efficient and sustainable practices.

We are currently expanding and building a strong local brand presence. The Social Media Manager will play a key role in growing awareness, generating leads, and engaging our community online.

Position Summary

The Social Media Manager will develop and execute social media strategies while managing daily content creation and engagement. This role combines marketing planning with hands-on content production and requires working from our office while coordinating with field staff for visual material.

Responsibilities

- Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with company goals
- Create and schedule content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok & LinkedIn
- Film and edit before/after cleaning transformations
- Manage daily engagement (comments, messages, inquiries)
- Promote seasonal services and campaigns
- Collaborate with operations team to capture job site content
- Run and monitor advertising campaigns (Facebook/Instagram Ads)




- Analyze performance using analytics tools and optimize campaigns
- Stay updated on trends and suggest creative marketing initiatives

Qualifications

- Experience in social media management or digital marketing
- Strong knowledge of major social platforms and scheduling tools
- Basic video editing skills (CapCut, InShot, Premiere, etc.)
- Ability to create engaging visual content (Photoshop/Canva or similar)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Creative mindset with ability to adapt based on analytics
- Experience in service industry is an asset (not required)

Requirements

Must be able to work from the office.

Must have:

- Personal vehicle (for occasional filming visits)
- iPhone (for filming & posting content)
- Personal computer/laptop

Compensation

Monthly base compensation + performance bonuses based on leads generated
Opportunity to grow into Marketing Manager position
