About the Role

AVCM is building a reliable sales team to help grow our client base for our marketing, website development, digital solutions, and consulting services.

We’re looking for confident communicators who can start conversations with prospects, book qualified sales meetings, close deals, or handle both stages of the sales process.

This is a commission-based role.

Responsibilities

Appointment Setter

- Contact assigned leads through cold calls, emails, and direct messages.
- Start conversations, build rapport, and handle objections.
- Qualify prospects and book sales meetings for our Sales Closers.
- Follow provided scripts and maintain AVCM’s brand voice.

Sales Closer

- Conduct sales calls with qualified prospects.
- Present AVCM’s services and recommend suitable solutions.
- Handle objections, follow up, and negotiate where appropriate.
- Convert qualified prospects into paying clients.

Requirements





- Previous appointment setting or DM outreach experience is required for the Appointment Setter role.
- Confident and comfortable speaking on the phone, especially for cold calling.
- Strong communication and objection-handling skills.
- Fluency in English is a must.
- A verified phone number is required.
- Reliable, qualified, and comfortable working independently.

Previous high-ticket sales and closing experience is an asset for the Sales Closer role.
