Accounting & Finance Manager ? Montreal, QC ? Boustan Head Office, St-Laurent QC ? Full time Boustan is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented accounting skilled to join our head office team in a key finance role supporting multiple interconnected companies and operations across Canada and the United States. We are looking for someone who enjoys structure, precision, accountability, and understanding how businesses and entities operate behind the scenes. The ideal candidate is meticulous, proactive, and responsible for all aspects of company accounting. This role will work closely with leadership as the company continues to scale and expand its internal finance capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
• Accounts Receivable and Payable
• Banking and credit card reconciliation
• Payroll administration
• DAS and GST/QST monthly filings
• Intercompany reconciliations
• Managing bookkeeping for multiple entities and corporate structures
• Supporting cross-border (Canada/US) transactions and accounting coordination
• Liaising with government agencies, CPAs and external partners regarding financial and compliance matters
• Assisting leadership with financial organization, custom report generation and operational support
• Identifying discrepancies, following up on outstanding items, and maintaining clean financial systems and processes What We’re Looking For




• Strong understanding of bookkeeping fundamentals and corporate accounting workflows
• Experience handling intercompany relationships, and multiple companies/entities simultaneously
• Ability to identify and resolve inconsistencies
• Experience with Canadian and/or US business operations is a strong asset
• Experience in franchising, multi-entity operations, or cross-border accounting is considered an asset
• Experience with QuickBooks Online multiuser environment
