About Us
iTeck Roofing Inc. is an established commercial and industrial roofing contractor specializing in roofing, waterproofing and architectural cladding throughout Ontario. We are looking for a motivated, organized and detail-oriented Junior Project Coordinator to join our growing team. The successful candidate will support our Project Management and Estimating departments with daily coordination, purchasing, documentation and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
• Assist the Project Manager with daily project coordination, scheduling and follow-ups.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, contracts, RFIs, submittals and shop drawings.
• Assist with material ordering, purchase orders, supplier communication and delivery tracking.
• Monitor project schedules, deadlines, outstanding approvals and action items.
• Prepare meeting minutes and follow up with general contractors, consultants and suppliers.
• Maintain organized project folders and records using SharePoint.
• Assist with change orders, progress reports, deficiency tracking and project closeouts.
• Support the estimating department with tender documentation, supplier quotations and bid preparation.




• Coordinate information between office staff, field crews and project management.
• Take initiative, identify outstanding tasks and ensure timely follow-up. Qualifications
• 1–3 years of construction administration or project coordination experience preferred.
• Commercial roofing or general construction experience is an asset.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Spanish language skills are strongly preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel and Outlook.
• Experience with SharePoint or construction management software is an asset.
• Ability to read construction drawings is an asset.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• Reliable, proactive and willing to learn.
